It is a bit slow and there aren't any big gunfights, this is a character study. A short appearance by the late great Levon Helm, former Drummer for The Band, is a quirky occurrence and a stand out supporting performance by Barry Pepper frames an Oscar worthy acting job by Tommy Lee Jones.

Way Of The Gun was cringy bad.
