And Matt Dillon was super fuckable, but you still couldn't pay me to sit through that movie again. 😉

THRILLERS is the broadest terms of all film genres, most of the horror films made today are thrillers, that being said the below, I feel, are under seen and appreciated
Abel Ferrara's King of New York (1990)
Takeshi Kitano's Sonatine (1993) and Fireworks (1997)

Agreed. I've seen most of these and a lot of them were mid. I like Costa-Gavras but Mad City was mid. Who hasn't seen Wild Things back then? A lot of us who were in high school in the 90s saw it and we were all jerking off to Denise Richards back then (she peaked with that film). She looked better than nowadays and the fact that she and her daughter are using Onlyfans is sad and pathetic.

"Probably havent seen A Simple Plan"
etc

You take some of the most famous and celebrated slightly off-mainstream films of the decade and pretend that hardcore fim buffs "probably haven't seen them". Either a case of mocking your readers, or some kind of weird gaslighting, or genuine delusion.
