I really enjoyed "The Death of Mr. Lazarescu." Not so much for "Bringing Out the Dead." 'The Death of…" is the finest film about the unintended dangers of healthcare since the 70s classic black comedy, "The Hospital."

Sorry, my faves are still THE RED SHOES, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (French version), PANDORA AND THE FLYING DUTCHMAN, VERTIGO, THE BLACK NARCISSUS. These movies were beautifully photographed and were very interesting and worth losing yourself in.

In reply to Janith. It’s another dark-comedy that’s mainly ambulances going from stop-to-stop, but this time it’s the dying dude in the back of the van who’s the ‘protagonist’ instead of the drivers, just trying to find a hospital he can die in. Kinda an inverted ‘Bringing out the Dead’ i guess

Everyone loves Fearless but it's nowhere near as good as Arlington Road. Diggstown was pretty good. I'll watch the rest based on the ones I have seen being on this list. Thanks!
