(I should note that I hated We Are The Flesh.)
Baskin should be here, and so should The Void.
Red White & Blue (2010) is superior to most of these, and even more disturbing than at least four of these choices.
I don’t know how disturbing Blackcoat’s Daughter is, but it’s certainly one of the best horror movies this decade.

It’s disturbing – I mean there’s a scene where a man rapes a child immediately after it is born – but it’s all so over-the-top cartoonish that it didn’t leave me shook.
