Walking the Edge is probably my fave Forster performance.
Fast Walking isn’t as good, but Woods is so slimey it’s great — at one point he hoses down a hooker

Thanks for suggesting Walking the Edge which I quite enjoyed as a great Forster performance I'd never seen … He elevates everything he appears in (& has a fascinating style of acting which bears comparison to that of Mark Ruffalo I'd say) … You gotta love the poster catch-phrase: "This cabbie ain't asking for no tips!" … Apparently Nancy Kwan was married to the director … Anyways, I'm also planning to take a look at Fast Walking soon …

If they gave out Oscars for overacting, John Heard would have won for Cutter's Way. Family Business and Eureka were ho-hum.
