suuuuuure he hadn’t… Quentin worked at a video store before he made Reservoir Dogs. He saw every movie ever made (practically) — including Ringo Lam’s “City on Fire” which he ripped off for Rez Dogs because he figured no one would have seen Lam’s Hong Kong action flick due to the absence of English subtitles.
