The great irony is that alt-right aka outright neonazi fascism thinks that taking the red pill actually makes them the realists, whilst its actually them who are delusional, believing they are being oppressed by still powerless groups like women, LBGT and PoC
The only prominent pop culture reference that A Clockwork Orange has had was describing how the football team of the Netherlands played. A looooooooong time ago.

emergent dystopias??? Like the USA? Nothing emergent about it. It's already here. We're pretty much half way or further along to a world described in The Handmaids Tale, which a true dystopia, unlike many on this list, which are great movies, but not actually dystopias.

Also, Minority Report is not actually taking place in a dystopian society. It's utopian, with a few kinks.
