Underworld and Hacksaw Ridge suck the proverbial.
But, while not a classic in any sense except as the go-to standard for big and dumb and fun, I will stand up for The Rock any day of the week.

It has to do with the Public. ‘Cult’ usually applies to movies that are/where not well received by the critics, but the public enjoyed and kept it alive.
Makes sense, because some movies, like Underworld, don’t have many good reviews from critics, but still, there’s a whole series dedicated to that faithful public who enjoy this ‘Interview With the Vampire/Blade-esque’ style and So-called-Gothic themes.
