One of the best of the bunch is Sitting Target by far. Great B movie shot by Edward Scaife (The Third Man, The African Queen) and edited by Bond film regular John Glen. Edward Woodward as Inspector Milton and lovely Jill St. John as the cheating wife fill out the cast. Oliver Reed is at his psychotic best.
Don't expect any reality with the weapons usage- Harry uses a Mauser C/96 pistol in an attempt to snipe his wife from an 1/8 of a mile away. It has 500 round magazines as well.

I love Drive (97) but it most certainly is an action movie, not a thriller
