I was making a sarcastic comment about Hollywood hypocrites who don’t practice what they preach and the article’s writer who brought up the “D” word. “Diversity” is a racist concept that divides individuals into race, sex, religious factions and pits them against one another, thereby making them easier to control.

Maybe could be a factor if we have two equals good movies and give the prize to the most original because the awards are one kind of “canon” of recommendations and could be good to vary the options. But i agree if a movie are not the best or similar his choice only coul be counterproductive because the time going to make obvios this mistake and rest credibility to the prize and movie.
